Andrus W. Daniels Eunice Merryfield
1812-1894 1812-1901
Andrus W. Daniels was born in Vermont in 1812. He was the son of Tillison Daniels and Mary Weaver. He came to New York state with his father sometime in the 1830's and settled near Scipio. It was here that he married Eunice Merryfield in 1832. There were eight children, Eunice Jane, Oren W., Amarylla P., Tillison, Charlotte M., Mary, Francis L., and Gratia A. This family came to Ionia County, Michigan and settled in Portland by 1860. In 1865, the family came to Sebewa Twp. in Ionia County. Andrus Daniels died the home of his daughter, Gratia Aldrich at Sebewa in 1894. Eunice Merryfield Daniels died in 1901.
